Fisheries and Habitat Management at Sayers Lake


HARRISBURG, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) is inviting the public to attend an upcoming community meeting to discuss fisheries and habitat management programs at Foster Joseph Sayers Lake in Centre County.

Details of the meeting include:

Topic: An overview of past, current, and future fish population assessments, stocking, angling regulations and habitat improvements at Foster Joseph Sayers Lake in Centre County will be presented by Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission staff.

The PFBC is interested in obtaining public feedback regarding their programs at the lake. Following the presentation there will be an opportunity for questions and comments by the public.

When: March 5, 2012, from 6-8 p.m.

Where: Bald Eagle State Park, Environmental Learning Center, Howard, PA

Admission: Free
