Unknown actor(s) who used a Roulette woman's debit card number to order items by telephone/internet are being sought by State Police at Coudersport.
Audrey L. Gustin, of Fishing Creek Extension, Roulette Township, was the victim of the identity theft between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22, 2012.
