Port Man Facing Assault ChargesA Port Allegany man is facing assault charges after an incident Monday morning in Port Allegany. State Police say that 25 year-old Shane Easton allegedly whipped a woman to the floor and hit her in the head with a door. Easton was charged with assault and harassment and jailed on $5,000 bail.
