National Stuffed Mushrooms Day - Celebrated every February 4th. Just last Sunday I made these wonderful Stuffed Mushrooms, from The Pioneer Woman, for my family. I wish I had taken pictures so you would know I wasn't just joshin' ya. I made one little change to her recipe, I added 1/2 box of prepared Stovetop stuffing to mine. They were everything a stuffed mushroom should be. I couldn't get enough!
National Quacker Day - Celebrated every February 4th. There is a clothing manufacturer called the Quacker Factory which is showcased on the QVC. These women are Quacker Factory clothing wearers who, when they see each other, say "Quack, Quack" to one another.
