HB 1950 & Its Impacts on PA Municipalities
Act 13 of 2012 (HB 1950), signed into law on February 14, pertains to oil and gas extraction and municipal land use.
This legislation will have significant impacts upon municipal land use and its regulations.
The Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Education Institute (PMPEI) and PSAB will present a series of webinars explaining Act 13.
The first session will highlight land use regulations & changes required to municipal ordinances. Instructors from PMPEI, including Stan Lembeck, plus Ron Grutza of PSAB will explain the legislative effects to municipalities.
The session will be recorded and made available on PSAB’s homepage.
