TRAINING SESSION OFFERED FOR STREAM MONITORING
A God’s Country Waterdog training session will be held
Saturday, March 24th, from 9:00 am-3:30 pm at the Gunzburger
Building in Coudersport.
Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer monitor is
welcome to attend. This training will cover how to monitor streams,
how to record and document important observation information,
and how to report incidents of environmental harm or concerns for public
safety. The training is free.
Ms. Julie Vastine, Director of Dickinson College’s Alliance for Aquatic
Resource Monitoring (ALLARM), will instruct the six-hour course.
