Troopers pulled over a Bradford man on Elm Street in Bradford at 8:39 pm on Thursday after they noted a non-functioning right headlight.
Duane A. Gonzalez, 34, of Bradford, PA, was stopped by Trooper Andrew Brothers at Elm Street and Congress, who determined that Gonzalez was intoxicated and in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Gonzalez was arrested for DUI and related drug offenses.
