A domestic altercation in Genesee Township has resulted in serious charges for a Genesee Resident.
Mark Buffington, 43, of 366 Hickox Road, Genesee, PA, is accused of injuring a white female in the altercation in his home on February 21, 2012 at about 9:00 pm.
Trooper Derek Weaver said Buffington was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault; Simple Assault, Harassment and Unlawful Restraint.
Buffington was arraigned before District Judge Kari A. Stubbs in District Court 55-4-01 who released him on $20,000. unsecured bail.
