Puff Pastry Love

Butter, flour, salt and water. 

Rubbed together and mixed.

Rolled and folded and wrapped

Cooled

Lovingly roll and folded and loved and cooled.

Puff Pastry.




The layers of butter when heated *puff* and become this flaky, crunchy, buttery goodness.

It is a labour of love.
