If you haven't guessed it already, I am a sweet fiend! So when it was my turn for the Mum and the Chef challenge I picked Zucchinis so that I could challenge myself in something new. But heading towards sweets is even more exciting when you mix savoury and sweet together.
So going through the thought process of what I was going to make was hard.
