I used the free printable ledger papers from Mel Stampz here, and married them with Doodlebug pink glitter alphas and these KI Memories felt puffy stickers... 
I printed out one of the ledger papers and punched my pennants using this Marvy punch... 
I used a few other punches and stamps, and started to play. 
I love the KI felt stickers! Need to get my hands on more of those...
