Visage - Fade To Grey

On this date in 1980, Visage released their third single, "Fade To Grey". It was backed by "The Steps". Both tracks appeared on their self-titled debut album. The single reached the #8 spot on the U.K. singles chart. The London new wave band, at this time, also included Midge Ure and Rusty Egan, formerly of The Rich Kids. Midge Ure was the soon-to-be frontman of Ultravox. They disbanded in 1984 after three albums.
