The Expelled - Government Policy

On this date in 1982, The Expelled released their debut single, "Government Policy". It was backed by "Make It Alone". The single reached the #15 spot on the U.K. indie singles chart. The Leeds, U.K. punk band had released an EP, No Life, No Future earlier in the year. The Leeds, England punk band broke up in 1984 with no further releases though they did record additional songs which went unreleased.
