Dead Or Alive - The Stranger

On this date in 1982, Dead Or Alive released their fourth single, "The Stranger". It was backed by "Some Of That". It was their fourth independent release and their last. They were signed after this single. While it did not chart in the U.K., it did reach the #10 spot on the Japanese singles chart. Neither track appeared on an album. They did not release their first album until 1984. The Liverpool, England new wave band released a download-only album last year.
