Lindsay Lohan could be facing over a year of jail Oct 16th 2011, 16:10 HollywoodNews.com: Lindsay Lohan may be claiming that she hasn’t broken her probation rules, but if she has, she could be facing some serious jail time. If the judge on her case decides that her probation has been violated, Lohan could reportedly be sentenced to a year-and-a-half in jail, states TMZ. Lohan has to show up next week to her progress report hearing in order to answer questions in regard to her community service time. Lohan was reportedly dropped by her community service program because she wasn’t showing up. It is also rumored that she hasn’t completed her required therapy sessions.
