'Jersey Shore's' "The Situation" suing over GTL
Oct 16th 2011, 16:22

HollywoodNews.com: ‘Jersey Shore’ star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino held true on his word and filed a lawsuit in regard to a company he claims is stealing his GTL trademark.

The reality TV star first sent a cease and desist letter to MyGTLFuel.com claiming they were making money off his trademark. Now, he has followed through on a lawsuit as the company has not stopped operating, states TMZ.

He is now asking a judge to force the site to stop operations and no longer sell products using the GTL trademark.

However, the company claims that while “The Situation” has applied for the trademark, he doesn’t yet own it outright so it is currently fair game to use.

Who do you think will win?
