Mango Ice Cream

Here is a video showing us how to make Mango Ice Cream from Show Me the Curry.com (recipe by Vani Sudarshan). This recipe does not use an ice cream machine, you just pop it into the freezer for about 5 hours total. The ice cream looks creamy and delicious! Recipe below.

30 oz. can Mango Pulp
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
8 oz. Frozen Whipped Topping (Cool Whip) thawed
1 Fresh Mango - cubed (optional)

In a large mixing bowl, mix mango pulp and sweetened condensed milk together with a wire whisk. Gently mix in whipped topping until completely mixed. Pour into a container, cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, stir in cubed mango and return to freezer. Freeze for another 3 hours or more. Serve and enjoy!
