Quinoa and Salmon

Alan and I are going to go gluten free for a month. We aren't allergic to anything. We eat most things. And I want to know how hard it is for the gluten intolerant. . I want to know if it is hard to find it in cafes, restaurants and places like our deli.

We are pretty gluten friendly. We always have one to two sweet items baked daily that are gluten free. We sell gf bread, take-home meals, hot
