Lemon Verbena Salmon

Quinoa and Salmon
Alan and I are going to go gluten free for a month. We aren't allergic to anything. We eat most things. And I want to know how hard it is for the gluten intolerant. . I want to know if it is hard to find it in cafes, restaurants and places like our deli.
