United States Court of Appeal sentenced the death of Troy Davis, the alleged murder of a policeman in Georgia in 1989. Previously, the execution was delayed for four hours because a lawyer filed an appeal.
Reporting from the CNN news agency, the court plans to punish the man 42 years by lethal injection at 7 pm, Wednesday, September 21, 2011. However, delayed the death penalty because prosecutors need to review the appeal filed by lawyers Davis.
The court ultimately rejected the appeal and impose the execution at 11:08 am local time. Meanwhile, hundreds of supporters and the Davis family gathered outside the courtroom. They said the death penalty for Davis is something wrong.

Amnesty International, the National Association of Colored For U.S. citizens, former President Jimmy Carter, Pope Benedict XVI, and Nobel laureates Desmond Tutu, are some who reject the execution and asked for a retrial.
