LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Actress Lindsay Lohan has obtained a restraining order against an alleged stalker she says has trespassed on her property and threatened to kill her.
The restraining order was issued in Los Angeles Thursday against David Cocordan, court documents show.
In her declaration, Lohan claims Cocordan has come to her home at least three times and has showed up at her public appearances.
Lohan also claims Cocordan has sent her more than 100 text messages, including one that caused her to fear he might sexually assault her.
On Monday, Lohan posted a picture of the alleged stalker on her Twitter page Monday along with the message: "This is the freemason stalker that has been threatening to kill me - while he is TRESPASSING! im actually scared now- the blood in the 'cults' book was too much."
She also wrote: "All my fans, my supporters, please stand by me. g-d bless xxL"
Lohan has since removed the picture and the posts.
The LAPD says it's believed Cocordan has mental issues, and may be schizophrenic.
Under the terms of the restraining order, Cocordan is forbidden from making any contact with Lohan.
The 24-year-old actress was recently sentenced to 120 days in jail after pleading no contest to misdemeanor theft for stealing a gold necklace from a Venice jewelry store.
She's set to serve a fraction of the sentence.
