For me today is the busiest day of the week. It is Saturday. The day when Alan and I are really busy at the deli because everyone loves to come in for breakfasts, newspapers, bacon, milk, chocolate chip cookies and especially brownies.

Chocolate Mud makes everything okay
How many chocolate cake recipes do you have?
And how many do you use?
I use one. This one. If you find one that you love and just can't find one to better it use it always and then just alter the finished product and look. Sometimes I use one big cake ring. Othertimes I use a bundt tin. Or, like this one I used 3 small tins and then layered it with chocolate frosting, covered it in EVEN MORE

Cricket anyone?
I made this cake for Andrew O'Keefes' sons birthday a few weeks ago....it was a flourless chocolate cake.

Celebrate with a Chocolate Cake
My father-in-laws birthday was just a couple of weeks ago, so I threw together at the 11th hour a flourless chocolate cake.
200g chocolate
200g butter
250g almond meal
160g sugar
4 eggs (seperated)
Method
1. Melt chocolate and butter.
2. Whisk yolks and half the sugar.
3. Whisk whites and half the sugar.
4. Fold all together.
5. Cook at 160 degrees for 45 minutes
Make sure that you light the
