How do you wake up?

I wake up most days like this......(Alan may disagree!) but I know I am doing my dream job.....I can wake up and wonder what I am going to cook today......and the answer is.....whatever I feel like!!!! I just cook things that make me happy and 99.99% of the time, they make the customers happy!!! So I just wanted to share my happiness in cooking with you!! (And of course....a "secret" 80s fan song
