DIY: how to cover up a bleach spot

Max wore this shirt once when I noticed a bleach spot on it (I still have no idea how it got on there).
So I googled "dinosuar silhouette" and printed out this little dino. I used this as my pattern and cut out the dino shape on a piece of frabric. 1. then I cut the shape out agian on fusable web (bought at any fabric store). 2. I ironed the fusable web to the fabic and.... 3. peeled. 4. This makes it so you can fuse the pattern to any other fabric surface by ironing it on.

Above is the finished shirt, I just did a basic blanket stitch around the dino with blue thread so it won't come off in the wash.
