Tomato, Butter Lettuce and Fior Di Latte

What do you do when you have three gorgeous flavours like tomato, butter lettuce and fior di latte (buffalo mozzarella)? You make a type of Caprese salad.

Saucing it up!

Every family in Australia has a bottle of Tomato Sauce in their fridge. I am pretty sure it is the law.

So this week I decided to make another batch of Tomato Sauce.

I also made Tomato Chilli Chutney and Sweet Chilli Sauce.

I love bottling and preserving when I am not baking for the deli.


All the sauces and preserves (except our Piccallili) are Gluten Free aswell!
