Peanut Butter Cookies

I have to tell you something.....everytime I cook these biscuits I tend to eat one or two; or crush them into chunks and put them through vanilla ice-cream; or have a cup of tea especially.

My brother and I would always ask my mum to make peanut butter cookies when we were kids so that we could take them with our lunches and have them for afternoon snacks.
