Kaeng Leang (Thai Herbal Soup)

When Alan and I were on holidays we couldn't help ourselves by visiting everywhere that had any sort of association with food. So here we are at 8am (yes we set one of two alarms on our holidays) and headed to the Old Phuket Town Market. They are open from 6am - 10am.
The smells, the sights and of course the atmosphere. You wouldn't want to mess with a Thai woman shopping for her family. She
